Is creativity a process or a moment? According to Professor Nancy Napier, for individuals, the “aha!” moment when a new idea arises – an “Aha! Moment” – cannot come from nothing, from nothing to something, but from a process of thinking, pondering about a topic or phenomenon. The accumulation of information and reasoning of the cerebral cortex cells, one day leads to a flow of electrical impulses, when those separate accumulation points suddenly connect with each other and “Aha!” – a new solution, method, way of thinking is born. A process leads to a moment. That is individual creativity.
